Nothing but torture!!!

I have been struggling with the dq device for almost 2 years now! I have been calling Discovery day in day out, to have them remove their device! I have been sent from pillar to post. The consultants are absolutely clueless! Talk about incompetence! Everyday I call its a different story from a different consultant. Not only do I not get a reference no. for my case but I get given false names when I ask who I am speaking to. This was proven today when I told the consultant that I spoke to Clerence Molatelo but she told me on the system it states that I spoke to a Tumelo! I have wasted so much money and time on this matter!!! Dealing with Discovery Insure has been nothing but torture!
