Nothing being done about my claim

I called in on the 25th February for a claim, my car was assessed on the 2nd of March. I never received any Feedback regarding the assessment. Only after I called to follow up, was I then told that the claim is less than the access money, which is not true because I had taken my car in at the panel beaters and told me that the drive shaft is damaged, and then later took it in at the dealer to make sure, and they confirmed what the panel beaters had said, the dealer even said that to fix the damage will be around R 7 000 and that is excluding labour. The Panel Beaters even took pictures which I forwarded to Simphiwe. Never received any feed back from Simphiwe regarding the images I sent him. Had to call him on Monday to find out if he had received the images I sent him and he said he did, he said he would follow it up and get back to me yesterday, but he hasn't. I had to call him, couldn't get hold of him or his supervisor this morning. And by the looks of things, nothing has been done about it from Simphiwe. Next week it will be a month now since I've reported the damage in my car and nothing is being done about it. Please can this matter be resolved.
