Not wanting to give our Refund!!!!

Discovery, honestly think they must be 1 of the Top most dishonest companies in SA. Not only do they deduct incorrectly for my insurance without any apologies, but then they lie about the refund. Telling me it will take 2 - 5 working days, it's way past that and still nothing. They don't even have the decency to answer the Facebook queries or messages, and it's not like they not going online cause they answer certain peoples messages but ignore those that are complaining about them online. It's flippen pathetic, you guys have to be reported to the Ombudsman by a few people. Hopefully someone in the Ombudsman offices read posts on Hello Peter. Discovery needs to be hit on the hand for bad service.
