Not using approved repair centers

I recently switched to Discovery and unfortunately had a small accident which requires my BMW to be repaired. I was allocated a bodyshop not near my work or home but on the other side of Johannesburg (I live in Centurion). I contacted the bodyshop to hear if they are BMW approved and they aren't. I called Discovery to asked them to allocate a BMW approved bodyshop closer to my work or house. They said that my car isn't under warranty anymore and as such they do not use a BMW approved bodyshop to repair it which I find unacceptable as I need my car to be repaired to a BMW acceptable standard.<br> <br> <br>
