Not there when you need them

I have been a Discovery Insure client for a long-time and that are excellent when it comes to taking your money and getting Insurance set-up. I have Vehicle and Home insurance with them and recently sold my home so don't need the Home insurance (naturally). Unable to contact them at the Call Centre I contacted the email address - 5 times now - and haven't had a single response nearly 2 weeks later despite the promise my enquiry is being handled by one of their "dedicated agents" on the automated emails.
