Not taking Responsibility

Need to add DQ track to my vehicle. Speak to the consultant about the times. Explain to her hubby works shift and is on night shift at the moment and must please be doen Wednesday morning before 8:30.<br> she said not a problem however can only help me on the 19th at 8.<br> so then I explain to her I have no idea what shift my hubby is working in two weeks?<br> so she says I must just phone and tell them the address and if its more that 5 km from the address given they change the date? REALLY!!! then she reads the terms and conditions. If I change they date they charge me R150 so I told her if she changes my date after I phone and I cancel as I don't know what shift my husband is working I will charge them my daily work rate!!!! it works both ways so I DONT AGREE TO THEIR CANCELLATION TERMS...... no problem she said! What a bunch of ****! I am the customer and I must agree to their terms and agreements and they charge if you cancel! What about them if they cannot accommodate you they just change the date no worries of the implications or cost or whatever! so why the hell does one pay insurance! terms and agreements work both ways not only one way DISCOVERY!!!!! get your terms sorted.
