Not so vital(ity) to have the full product
Sent in a request to have my vitality drive goals activated on Monday 4 September 2023. To date absolutely nothing (zero) has happened. Why am I paying for a service which is not active and can't use.

24 Oct 2023, 09:11I am giving Discovery Insure until the end of business today to resolve this issue or I will be forced to cancel my policy and take the matter to the public domain and the ombudsman and expose Discovery for their faulty non existing products they are selling to people.
