Not pleased

Not pleased with the service of their representative "Shared Value Team" - when I did not accept an insurance offer by Deede Tlotleng, they still processed and debited my account. When I requested a refund, Thabang Mpyana from Discovery promised the refund would take 3-5 working days, but did not.
