Not perfect, but damn good.

<p>My wife and I had a break-in at our apartment while we were sleeping peacefully in the other room - scary! Several high-value items were taken. Fortunately we were insured with Discovery, who assigned Mickey Manuel as our insurance assessor, who was very knowledgeable about the process and patient with all of our questions. He also worked with me to select the bike shop of my choice so that I could get the performance road bike of my choosing (they wouldn't provide us cash for the more expensive items). This was our first experience with an insurance claim, so we can't compare this process to anything. However, we are pleased with how it went and can't imagine the competetion providing a significantly better service, really, so we are quite satisfied. Thanks Discovery and Mickey!</p>
