Not Impressed with repairs and no response to my email!

<p>My wife's car went in for repairs whilst I was away. Upon my return I inspected the progress on the work done on her vehicle myself at the Panelbeaters. The panelbeaters were great at addressing some of my concerns:</p> <p> </p> <p>HOWEVER, upon collection of the vehicle, I was unable to inspect the vehicle on the lift to see whether I was satisfied with the work that was done.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then took the car to the AA testing centre in Durban for an inspection, and the repair work FAILED miserably! To the extent the TWO potential buyers for the vehicle have both turned away! :-(</p> <p> </p> <p>The under-carriage repair work (paint and body work) looks REALLY bad and below par. And the paint work to the bumper and the entire left hand side (from the repairs done in 2015) of the vehicle has not been done properly as one can clear see the "ripple" effect of the paint under the AA inspection lights.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have raised these concerns via email with Anika R from Discovery and Samantha from Durban Panelbeaters on the 04/11/2016 and I have heard NOTHING from them to date?????</p> <p> </p> <p>Please could this matter be resolved urgently!</p>
