Not important to warrant response
Maybe I am totally insignificant to warrant a response from Nicole Scot. If that is her attitude not to respond to me after email, telephone message follow up, then can Discovery assign another person to assist with the resolution on the matter. Nicole and I had a conversation and I implored her to retrieve the call log for ease of reference to the discussion and possible resolution. I really find writing or resorting to Hello Peter very unnecessary if only people can just do what is required of them to do. A simple response irrespective will go a long way to prevent escalation.

Am I to read anything into your lack of communication since the assessor visited my premises?
Since positive reaction to my initial complaint was commendable, the follow up unfortunately goes back to poor or lack of communication sadly
