Not helping

Contacted Discovery Insure regarding my insurance payment end of April. My salary is being reduced and will not be able to pay the full amount. All the consultants I spoke to only inform me that there will be a discount end of May - I know this because a sms was send. Told them I am willing to make a payment it just can't be a full payment and will pay all payments in full and up to date as soon as my salary is paid in full after the lock down. I was just informed that if I do not make a full payment within 15 days my insurance will be cancelled. A consultant told me that a discount was already app**** when I wanted to cancel my insurance with Discovery Insure so no other arrangements can be made. How do you pay in full if you do not have the money (due to the lockdown) and are willing to make arrangements????
