Not happy with the service

<p>Hi, I had an accident last year September 25th and my car was towed, when I fetched it from the penal beaters the face of the radio was missing and I informed my insurance immediately then they asked me to email them the tow slip which I did, days went by with no response from them the I called them for feedback and they said the tow company said the car came without the face of which I asked if it came without the face why did they tick that the whole radio was there? The consultant then said she would talk to her manager and get back to me which she hasn't its been over 4 months now, they giving me the run around, to make matters worse I'm the one who always call for feedback.</p>
