can someone call me to explain why vatality drive - for gautrain card member was added to my policy and that which i have to pay for, am working from home even so i do not use a gautrain.
lastly my residential address has to be amend, i do not stay in benoni but tembisa

The Gautrain card benefit is embedded in our Vitality drive programme and is not seen as separate.
The cost of the Gautrain benefit is included in the monthly fee of the Vitality Drive programme.
"Each Vitality Drive point you earn enables you to get rewards on R1 of fuel spend at BP, Shell or your monthly Gautrain spend for the money you load onto your Gautrain Gold Card. You can earn up to 1 600 Vitality Drive points every month and, with up to 50% back on your fuel spend, you can get a maximum of R800 back in monthly fuel rewards. These rewards are paid into your bank account the month following the month in which you earn them."
If you pour petrol we use that data and if you make use of the Gautrain card we use that data respectively and as a combination.
We have since requested for a Representative to get in touch with you to update your address.
