Not getting paid

So as stated before I've been in a terrible car accident on 27 June 2022. A week later I found out that my car was written off and was asked a couple things like spare keys but I had none, to sign paperwork for change of ownership which I've done, as well as the vehicle registration document which I informed is in the car, the glove compartment. Took them two maybe three weeks to get a response from Auction house that the paperwork is not in my car. During which time I was called by the towing company to find out whether my car is being repaired, why I asked Discovery but they stated probable that they have repair facilities and wanted to know if they can do it.

Well now, Discovery arranged with an agent to get a reprint for what I gave them and they lost and now more than a month later I'm still waiting for my payout. The agent stated it may take up to 10 days and tomorrow will be 10 days.

I do not want to post this but I'm struggling as I need to pay my uncle back for my new car but I can't as I'm waiting on Discovery to pay me for my claim.

So I am told that no payment will be made until they have the reprint of the vehicle registration, this after I left it in the car as I've always done for convenience when needed. This is highly unacceptable and Discovery may very well say good bey to me as a customer. I've probably paid Discovery over R200 000 every month over the past couple of years, but they won't help me.
