"Not compatible with your phone"

I have been using my Hauwei P20 Pro on the insurance app and bluetooth tracker for 2years now and suddenly it is not compatible anymore. Discovery send me a sms to inform me that it is not compatible and that I should phone them. I send an email asking for the solution to my current problem, as I am now paying for a service that is not working and no one will every know if I was in an accident as my tracker is useless when not connected to a phone. My life is in danger and Discovery Insure is doing nothing about it. They rep**** to my email by stating the obvious: "please be advise that your cellphone is not compatible with the tracker or app." I am asking for a solution to the problem and all they do is repeat the obvious without any solution. My phone is still on contract for a year and I can't afford a new phone at the moment. Why do Discovery Insure not code a app that is compatible with Hauwei? Why do you force the user to buy an expensive samsung or iphone? You should consider all your clients. Its just a bad excuse that the bluetooth device is not a good enough quality for your app. Think of an alternative and keep your clients happy and safe!
