Not being treated fairly

<p>On 26 February 2017 I was involved in an accident with one of the discovery insure client and he admitted to loosing control of the car and he submitted a claim with his insurance and everything went smooth for him, his claim was covered 100% and I had to claim as a third party, my claim was handled by Rozzanah Singh after 4/5 weeks my claim was processed and approved. I am not happy with the offer that was made to me because whatever that is being offered to me is way less that the damage that was caused by their client and when I called her and ask her how did the come to the offer that was made to me she didn't speak to me in a good/ friendly manner and I still don't understand how she got to that offer. When the accident happened I was busy with a quote with one of their consultant and I was looking forward joining them but because of the service I am thinking of canceling all my policies with discovery (life cover, medical aid).</p>
