Nontombi Mnguni for Manager

I had a very annoying experience with Discovery insure and their Young Adult reward program where the funds were not being transferred onto my card. I got very angry and upset at times but the lady assisting me Nontombi Mnguni in the Vitality Drive department really helped me through the process and made me actually not want to change to another insurance because she honestly went the extra mile to make sure that my issue was resolved. When she said she would phone me back she phoned me back, when she said she would get something done she got it done. Throughout the whole process she kept me in the loop the whole time and even the times I got frustrated with her she still treated me with kindness. This is a true asset to discovery and I really think she is needed in the management department so that she can pass on her abilities to the other call centre agents who never went the extra mile like this lady. This is someone who loves her job and you can hear the passion in the way she deals with situations!!!Thanks Nontombi I hope I get through to you every time I phone
