None payment

I was insured with Discovery since last year. In Sep 15 I had an accident claim. I was insured at Retail and the company hadn't pay me out on retail but rather market value. On top of this, my vehicle had minimal damage and yet Discovery's reputable repairer had written my vehicle off. With this happening, my items at the repairer was ******, of which some of my items have been returned to discovery in order for discovery to give back to me but the Front Loader that was given back to me had its SAT NAV Ariel removed and now discovery does not want to take responsibility for the lost item/attachment (SAT NAV Ariel) without the Ariel, the device is useless. Also, discovery does not want to take responsibility for my Golf TAG glove and umbrella that went missing in the vehicle while vehicle was in their care. Ive tried continually to get hold of Simone and discovery but they are avoiding me.
