NON RESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Claim number#*** - Drunk client from Discovery reversed into the back of my vehicle in August 2021. I still have not received the full money due for the repair of the vehicle 7 months later. No correspondence, feedback or kept in the loop about the process. Not from Vekash Ganas <***> and especially not from Nonhlanhla Sinthumule <***>. Lucky if she answers every 4th or 5th mail. Do not consider them for short term insurance ever!!!!!!!!!!!
