Non refund of unauthorised deduction

<p>I was in an accident in June and my car was written off. Discovery is still deducting the premium for it. I have a new car and they deduct premiums for both cars. I called 3 weeks ago and they said they cancelled the old car and they will refund me but they did not. I called again a week ago and they said they do see a credit of R2400 or so on my account and they will refund me but a week later I still haven't received my money back. To top that up the tracker that they gave me doesn't even work. Im so disappointed </p>
