NON-PERFORMANCE

Claim number 886452 was send to Zweli on 7/4. My husband confirm it will be paid withing 15 days as per Zweli, that was last week 22/4. When i phoned to follow up Zweli was not in and my claim was never send for payment. It was only done last week. 2 week delay. When i phone today he was on lunch. NO there is no reply on his line. I want my money urgent!
