Non-existent service
We moved over to Discovery Insure earlier this year, just for them to register my name incorrectly on their system with multiple subsequent issues. They were not able to track my rides correctly due to this and thus didn’t give me my weekly achieved drive rewards or my monthly cashbacks. Many back and forth conversations occurred with Discovery Insure, just for every next person to say the problem has been escalated. Three months have passed and still no one could resolve the issue, again only escalating the issue. I am surprised the CEO hasn’t contacted us, because I would’ve thought the problem would be reaching him considering the amount of times the problem was escalated. Discovery is not a business who puts the client first or ensure they render a service. They don’t care to resolve an issue, because the client is paying monthly so they are getting their money so they are happy. They are not focused on delivering a service and client service is non-existent. I would gladly recommend making use of any other insurance company rather than Discovery, even if you don’t get benefits, because at least a service will be rendered. Discovery you should really start focusing on client satisfaction or you will lose a lot of big clients. It is unacceptable that a company who is supposed to be rendering a service to people, can’t even get that right.
