Non Existent Service

I have been with Discovery Insure now for many years and fortunately, or unfortunately have never made a vehicle claim until recently. I have honestly never dealt with such bad service ever in my life before, even after asking for my claim to be escalated. Three days later and I am still waiting for a call from management who always seem to be in meetings when you call. Unless you call every day, don’t expect any feedback, and if you lucky you might get through to a competent person who will I’m the claim in the right direction for the next step. Seven days later, many hours on the phone, but yet still no assessment done!
