Non Existent Discovery Insure Service!

I have shown interest in Discovery Insurance. I accepted the insurance. I called my existing insurers to cancel and was asked a few questions about my new insurance - as can be expected. I quickly realised I made a mistake. I called Discovery to cancel the Insurance... Being transfered and finally the called dropped. I emailed 3 times and received reference numbers with assurance I will be contacted. 4 business days later I have yet to receive a call or mail. I am now VERY sure I do not want my Insurance with Discovery! Their service is on par with South African standards.
