I lodged an insurance claim for knocking my car on the Discovery App shortly after the accident. Nompumelelo got in touch with me via email almost immediately after the submission, and followed up with a telephone call explaining the procedures. After complying with the required admin (inspection, photos etc), she kept regular communications via email and allowed me to plan and keep track of the progress of my claim. The claim was promptly sorted and my car was back on the road with little inconvenience.
