My concerns, questions and queries were adequately answered and responded to. Nompumelelo Bandezi resembles a caliber of an efficient, responsive and customer friendly professional. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was was kept on the loop on each stage of the claim. I was informed of stages without necessarily having to make a follow up. Processing of this claim, upon receipt of the sms, was super quick. I had thought that it will on average take a week or two.
