Nokuthula Radebe managed my claim brilliantly

<p>Ms Nokuthula Radebe was a pleasure to deal with and took the pain out of claiming. When my Sony DVD recorder went on the blink, I reported it via my Discovery Insure app, and it was handled by this lady thereafter.</p> <p>The app is hassle-free and Nokuthula's response time was super fast - I got emailed on weekends and after hours and she rang me twice to handle the authorization! Wow, I'm impressed. I just hope my TV, which also seemed to have been struck by lightning or some such surge, will keep going strong as it seems to be fine now since the assessors came out to us.</p>
