NO WINDOW FOR OVER A WEEK!

How long can it possibly take for someone to authorise the correct spec for a windscreen claim!?

I am utterly disappointed in the way my claim is being handled at discovery. Boitshepo initially authorized the incorrect glass for my window and then days after not being able to reach her I was effectively assisted by Simphiwe. Then I could reach Simphiwe anymore and it was back to Boitshepo. They kept insisting on using Autoboys as the service provider but a week later my car still has NO WINDOW and I am unable to go to work. That time I am paying for a curtesy car that I can only use when I am in an accident. Well I cannot travel without a window DISCOVERY INSURE now can I???
