No Welcome Pack

I just moved over all my insurance to Discovery because I was offered a good rate in addition to the possibility of earning back some of my fuel spend. I was sms'd numerous times to confirm that I had a delivery booking date for Friday, 31 Jul. I waited until 3pm on Friday with no sign of the delivery. I called them and was assured they would phone me back to find out what happened to the delivery. Of course I never got a call back. I emailed the sales consultant this morning, Monday, 3 Aug to complain and she informed me that she would refer the matter to the appropriate people (8:54am). I have not received a call yet. In the mean while a courier delivered my \Welcome Pack"and left. I was told that someone would be installing my device"
