No Water - no problem!!!!!!

I find Discovery Insure the most infuriating business to deal with. I logged a claim 2 days ago for a water pipe that burst in the wall. As of now, I still have no water & the agents half-heartedly say that they cannot do anything until they receive a report from their service provider for approval. At this rate, I may get some action next week only - it appears to me that not having running water to your house is not seen as an emergency. Had the pipe been on the surface, this would have been dealt with immediately - amazing the mixed messages. I wonder why we take out insurance if there is no sense of urgency on the part of Discovery.
