no use no curtesy car and they cancelledpolicy

my car broke down after 3 months they towed it to volvo after being stripped in the yard of workshop they refused to cover anymore now window was smashed in and we finally got the car back but still not even in running condition due to 1sa and bargain auto not helping me

just a cherry on top why didnt they offer me a courtesy vehicle???

Thanks this complaint was handled professionally. I am glad it is being investigated. mechanical breakdown does not get a courtesy car. Thanks for at least investigating the cancellation
