No Update on Claim

Absolutely shocking. It's been about a week and a half since my incident and not a single bit of information about my claim. I have tried numerous attempts to get hold of someone and nothing. It just shows what you pay for. Definitely will be cancelling everything with discovery once this is done. Honestly thought that such a big company would have such better service.

I will be referring friends and family to NOT give discovery any service at all.
