No trip logs for C-Track via Discovery Insure
While my car was insured with Discovery Insure I had C-track (currently still do) installed in my car. I am suppose to be able to pull a history of trips for each car insured. I was unabel to do that for an unknown reason. every time I complain I get a resonce they will look into it adn never hear from them again. I need Discovery to send my those trip reports in excel format urgently.

14 Feb 2020, 08:10They phoned me the next day stating that I have received the logs and asked if they can close it. It was sent to th eincorrect e-mial adress. so i asked them to send it to my e-mai adress adn phone me the next day so that I can review before I approve. It was sent to me. the one car's log was correct, but hte other car's log was crambed all into one column in exlel. Data that I will have to handle where they can just send it to me correctly. I requested it in hte correct format 2 days ago, but to now I have only received an e-mail stating that the issue is handled. Please correct this.
