No Service with alot of run around

If you would like quick service with great customer service. Please stay as far away from Insure as possible. We had a house break in a month ago. And up till now all we get out of them is the run around. We call then every day just to here that they have not recieved some document yet. Where they told us just they day before ( after a big argument) O they have it and is almost done. Every day the same story. Every day we get promissed an update. And the only update we every get is if the broker confrence call them with me. Even there own brokers dont get anything out of them. Its been almost a month later and they have not even replaced the front door. That is a very big safety risk for me and my family. They are quick to promise the sun and moon. Just as long as you dont plan to use them for a claim. Well here is to another day with no results. So all I can do is try again tomorrow. And hope and pray for a different result.
