NO SERVICE NO FEEDBACK ,SHOCKING SERVICE

I had lodged a query regarding a refund of car hire facility that was included in my policy without my consent <br> <br> I spoke to Laurel Horsey three weeks ago she promised to refund my premiums from inception of the policy within 3.-5 working day. Three weeks later no feedback no response from her .<br> <br> How pathetic?<br> <br> I have placed numerous calls to her and every time I call to speak to her am told she does not take calls ,<br> I spoke to more 5 different consultants who are all confused and don't know what they are doing ...clearly they need proper training. <br> <br> I would like to use this opportunity for Discovery Insure not take their client for granted.<br> received bad service but nothing to the service received from Discovery ,it's appalling.<br>
