No service from Discovery insure for 3 party claim

Hello i would just like to lodge a complaint on the site here becuase i dont know where to go or what to do, maybe someone can help me here, my wife was in an car accident more than a month ago she was standing still on the highway N1 becuase all the other cars was standing still and discovery insure client did not see the traffic was standing still and hit her full behind and pushed her into the cars in front of them, luckily my wife and children was not hurt but our car according to Discovery insure is unable to repair so they told me that they will only pay 70% of the book value on my car and then i need to sell my car witch is ok but. Since the accident i phoned them to find out what i need to do gave them the claim no that their client gave me they then sent me an email with all the documents that they need from me witch i sent through on the 3 Aug 2015 since then i have called Mr Themba Mkhabela and he is never in when i phone and then i speak to someone els named Zwele who is very help full and friendly, but what i really dont like is that Themba does not call back on voice messages or even reply when you send emails he just does not care!!!!!!
