No service from discovery insure

You would think that an accident that happened on 26 August 2023 would be resolved by now. Well not if you are insured with Discovery. They are happy to take your money every month but when it comes to a claim they don't care. When you call you are kept waiting and can never speak with the same person twice. Your emails never get rep**** too and when you email the CEO Anton Ossip you get a reply "Your message couldn't be delivered because you don't have permission to send to this recipient. Ask the recipient's email admin to grant you permission and then try again." he is clearly to busy counting his money.
