I was ****** of my laptop and I submitted a claim with discovery insure, after opening a case at the police station. Upto this day it has been 6 days and no one from discovery has contacted me. Since they sent me this sms "Discovery Insure: Your claim *** for General and Clothing was registered and you will be contacted for more details within 24 working hours. Your claim will be handled by Zodidi Hlati and you can contact them on ***. Auth FSP" .

14 Aug 2022, 18:46After two weeks since submitting my claim, Discovery insure still hasn't paid. I phone them 3 times this past Saturday, and they kept me on hold and drop the call after 30 minutes, 3 times.
