No Service

Not sure if this review will yield any change, or is it only for my own sanity.

It has now been almost a month that I am waiting of Discovery Insure to resolve a query.

The discovery drive is not operational and the daily points are not recorded. I received numerous emails that seems to be a copy and paste of automated responses.

I spoke to more than 4 service agents and still it is not working. It is great sales gimmick - join them because of the service they deliver and the savings you get, however when you do then nothing - no service - no savings!!

Think twice before you believe the hype!!e
