No service at all. Still waiting

Logged a few calls to be contacted on their website and app. Received reference numbers promising a call back within 24 hours. Guess what, the only response I got was an SMS stating, we have closed your case. What the heck.

I've been a long standing customer of yours and WOW your service has become shocking. Oh wait, there is no service because it's non existent.
