No Service at all

Exatly a month ago we were in an accident with Ford Ranger. We still do not know waht is going to happen with this vechile (Claim No: ***) Amanda Mbombo is in charge and I am sorry but she is not doing her job. We do not get any feedback on this claim and we have to phone to ask what is happening. And we never get any call back from anyone. Not only will you lose my dad a client but I am also moving my policy and I have been with Discovery over 11 years now. Unaccpetable. This vehicle is used for work and this is now a whole month later and we still dont know what is going on.
