No service and rejecting for no legitimate reason

My claim bicycle claim was rejected due to what they call "wear and tear"- if you call a bent gear (ie metal that was straight and now suddenly 90 degrees bent) wear and tear then I don't know what you can claim for. In addition the service was nonexistent
