No Service!

Does anyone work at Discovery? Phoned the call center 5 times and each time the call is diverted to voicemail.

I had a burst pipe in the ceiling on Monday, it is now Wednesday and no claim has been registered, no feedback at all from Discovery.

The last claim i had on 05 August, i received feedback from Discovery yesterday 06 October 2020.

I think it is time to move to another insurance company. I would not recommend Discovery Insurance to anyone.
