No Service

I was told that my vehicle was settled last week with the bank. However the bank cannot find the payment for my vehicle. I requested a remmitance advice on Friday to submit to the bank however I have yet to recieve one. I am now at the point where I am unsure if discovery has even settled my vehicle. I have since purchased a new car, as discovery took the hire car back. I cannot afford to pay for both cars at the end if the month because if discovery/mfcs incompetence!!!!
