NO SERVICE

I am a concerned client. I have logged a Claim Yesterday. On your website it states that your hours are between 08H00 and 17H00. When I called now - (still on line holding for 10min already) I get told that the person working on my claim only starts work at 09H30 - and until then - nobody will work on it and that I can phone back later. I did not take out insurance with Frans. I am paying Discovery Inusre - and need assistance when I need it as per your website - within normal office hours. It was bad enough to take my son into a Police station where he had to be exposed to ********* paying bail - being handcuffed etc - for over 2 hours and now your service does not exist.<br>
