No serivce a month later my door is still broken

<p>I had the worst experience from my claims advisor Linwabo Nono, he never rep**** to my emails, captured the data wrong and it has been almost a month since the breaking occurred and still my door has not been fixed. Even the contracter that discovery had out to do the quote has phoned me to ask what is going on why has it not been authorized yet</p>
