No Scknowledgment from Claims Admin

I had a breakin and registered online. Followed up with call and Felleng was handling my case. Was given instructions to send list of goods ******, case number, picture and description of events. Was sent 9/9/2015. the next day i sent email to update case number. I called to find out if received and left message. Called again the Friday and kind guy Donovan listened and put me in touch with Motor Claims in interim. I tried calling Felleng again to see if she received email and Kelebogile gave me her address and she passed on email to Felleng again. Unfortunately still no acknowledgement of email. All I want is an acknowledgement that you have received email. Ive been to DALS for assessment and sent more pictures for a question arising. what is the general timeline regarding response to response and acknowledgment of emails so that I know if any further information is required?? Please advise
