No response to urgent situation
My non-tech savvy neighbour is insured with you and has an urgent situation that she needs a response on. Her wall collapsed on Monday. She is a single lady living next to a greenbelt. The area has crime issues. She and her household contents are at risk. She has been phoning regularly since Monday and hasn't had a response from you guys. She is not sleeping at night and incredibly stressed about the vulnerability of herself and her property. Please can you assist her with this urgently?
