No response to emails

I must say i find it very annoying that each time i have to contact discovery insure via hellopeter because whenever i send emails i NEVER get response. At this point im contemplating moving back to miway because they were always a text away on the miway app. I actually dont even feel safe insured with discovery at this point because if i cant get their response when im requesting a debit date change, what would happen if i needed assistance with claim or something more serious???😨

My point is,I need someone to contact me and change my debit date Asap!!!
